Plan Hive Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number, profile photo), event preferences (categories, location, guest count, budget), vendor business details, booking and payment records, messages, and reviews.

2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate the marketplace: matching event planners with vendors, processing bookings and payments (via Stripe), delivering notifications you have opted into, and improving the platform. Location data is used solely to show nearby vendors and is processed through Google Cloud services.

3. Payment Information
Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe. Plan Hive never stores full card numbers — only the card brand and last four digits for display.

4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the vendor or planner you transact with, with Stripe for payments, and with service providers (email delivery, push notifications). We do not sell personal data.

5. Your Rights
You may update your profile at any time, manage notification preferences, and request account deletion from the Profile screen. Deletion anonymizes your personal data while preserving transactional records required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Security
All account recovery attempts are logged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers.
